SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE:
Weekly (Exterior) Check:
- Any exterior damage
- Remove any soliciated items on entry way or driveway
- Sweep debris and cobwebs from entry way
- Windows for damage
- Mold build-up
- Lawn for service
- Insect build-up
- Lawn for irrigation
- Doors locked
- Place deliveries inside home (i.e., telephone directory)
Weekly(Interior) Check:
- Thermostat maintaining proper temperature
- Electric power on
- Refrigerator/freezer operating
- Windows for leakage
- Windows locked
- Observe for insects or pests
- Observe for mold
- Any strong odor
- Any damage or vandalism
Monthly Check: (If requested)
- Flush toilets and turn on faucets to lubricate seals
- Charge golf cart battery
- Start golf cart and/or drive short distance
- Start stored automobile
- Change heating and air filter (if provided)
- Operate garage door
- Operate dishwasher on rinse cycle
- Seasonal Return Services (Upon Notification):
- Adjust thermostat to normal setting
- Turn on water
- Set water heater to normal setting
- Switch on any circuit breaker that was turned off
- Plug in disconnected appliances
- Charge golf cart
- Remove plastic wrap from toilet
Addtional Monthly Services:
- Forward first class mail (first two weeks, only postage fee)
- Forward first class mail after two weeks (additional fee)
- Fill golf cart battery (additional fee)
- Open and close house for service calls( ex. pest control, furniture delivery) (additional fee)
- Other arranged service (addional fee)
