Pat O'Neill and Frank (Chuck) Walter

A.Y.A. Home Watch is a privately owned company located in The Villages, Florida.  The owners of the company are full time Village residents.  Let us introduce ourselves.  We are Patrick  O'Neill and Frank Walter.  

Patrick O'Neill & Frank (Chuck) Walter have a combined 60 plus years of law enforcement experience.  We both retired from the Illinois State Police.  Our careers involved enforcement, investigations, management, training and supervision.
